What we collect
When you submit the visibility audit form or the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, business name, email, phone number, website, and anything you write in the message fields.
We also store basic context about the visit — the page you submitted from, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the URL (utm_source and similar). This tells us which marketing efforts produced a real inquiry.
Why we collect it
To respond to you, deliver the audit you requested, and measure our own marketing. That's the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with other marketing companies, and we do not resell inquiries as leads to third parties.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in our hosted database, accessible only to Moops Local. Access is restricted; the public cannot read submissions through the website.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics or advertising tags are active on this site until they are explicitly configured. When analytics is enabled, this section will name the specific tools in use rather than describing them vaguely.
Calls, texts, and email
Submitting a form is permission for us to reply by email, phone, or text about your request. Reply "stop" to any text or tell us in any channel and we stop contacting you.
Your choices
Ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will. There is no form for this — just ask.
